Last week this September month, the community of Joudour Sahara Music Program came together to create this song about the earth and to express their condolences to all who have been lost and families who have lost loved ones during the tragic earthquake in Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountain towns

Fatima, Khadija, Ibtissim, Leila, Arwa, and Hassani Singers and teachers of traditional music at Joudour Sahara Music School , Khadijia ment Souih and Salma Baali along with Tidinit string musician Sidi Ahmed from Gouleymene Morocco are performing the prayer song.

Arwah and Leila introduce the song and they all join in to sing.

The group are sitting in a 6th Century village of Ait Bounou, where the city is being buried by sand encroachment and desertification. This song is their lament and love for Moroccans and Morocco.
