At that time, Madam Zhang wanted to properly present the richness of her village’s batik tradition, so she brought more than 50 banners, each at least three meters long. However, the local official said only one could be displayed. Since he refused to change his mind or help find people to carry the banners, Madam Zhang decided to ignore his arrangement. She rallied the women from the village, and together they lifted all 50 batik banners themselves. In the end, their efforts were well received and gained a lot of appreciation.
