Mukna Sanaba (Wrestling) is an important and integral part of Phayeng Umang Lai Haraoba

This event takes place at the end of Phayeng Umang Lai Haraoba, an indigenous ritualistic festival of Chakpa community of Phayeng in Manipur. 
 
There are two teams. The two teams are divided into Fathers and Sons groups named as Phamlen and Mangsok respectively. Phamlen (Fathers team) is on the right side and Mangsok (Sons team) on the left side. 
 
It is celebrated in the name of Ebudhou Koubru, Ebendhou Kounu and Ebudhou Loiyalakpa, Ebendhou Nungtheleima for the welfare of the Community.
