Ludmila Claude is a photographer and a self thought filmmaker from Switzerland. She collects portraits and stories like one gathers, seemingly catching in passing the most beautiful moments of simply living on this earth. Looking at her images, one could almost feel the blinding sun on the dunes, the wind rustling through the leaves, the sounds of vast open spaces. A desire to live under a perpetual rainbow emerges, embodied through those who share this utopia; here, we oscillate between the margins of today’s world and roots anchored in cosmogonies that transcend time and territories. While her images reveal the intensity of her connection to the world and her deeply real encounters, she abstracts herself through text, taking us into a narrative shrouded in imagination—a tale woven from the paths of free-spirited lives.
